The family company Skrotfrag AB was founded back in 1972, with the business idea of collecting scrap cars and processing them for recycling, using a mobile car press. The business has been developed and refined over the years. Today, Skrotfrag has three production facilities, Agnesberg, Oskarshamn and Sjövik, as well as 22 branches, all located in central and southern Sweden. Today, the company is one of the leading players in the recycling of iron and metals, but also a player in other resource assets. Your work assignments

Are you a person who wants to be involved and contribute to a more sustainable future? Do you also have relationship-building sales as a driving force? Then maybe you are our new employee? In line with the company's development, we are now looking for a business-oriented and solution-oriented salesperson who wants to be part of and drive the continued growth journey. In your role, you are responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to offer handling and closing. In addition, you will establish and develop customer relationships and create qualitative overall solutions for our customers.


You report to regional manager West and will be part of a central sales team that coordinates sales activities across the company. You visit your customers who are in the region, which means that travel is part of the service.



Your profile

We are looking for you who have previously worked as a salesperson, alternatively have experience with contracting companies or worked business-oriented in similar positions. We want you to have experience in the industry and feel confident in training customers. If you have experience with different types of materials or experience of working with the manufacturing industry and the automotive industry, it is advantageous.


As a person, you are positive, curious, innovative and have very good business acumen. You are driving in your role and build good relationships both internally and externally by being responsive and solution-focused. You have good communication skills combined with a humble, demanding and non-prestigious way of being.


You are used to using Swedish and English professionally in both speech and writing, and have good knowledge of the Office package as this is required to cope with all parts of the job. Furthermore, you also have a driving license B, which is a requirement.

Financial assistant with responsibility for accounts payable

For Skrotfrag, we are looking for an accounting assistant who will be responsible for the entire flow of the supplier ledger. Here you get to work in a welcoming and expansive company where you are one of six employees in the finance department. Skrotfrag is on an exciting development journey in streamlining and digitization where you have the chance to be part of this journey.

About the service
The position at Skrotfrag is newly established where you, together with the department, are given the opportunity to build up a structure and a flow for the entire supplier ledger. This by developing processes and setting routines for the flow. You will be independently responsible for the supplier ledger, where tasks include the following:

  • Receive, scan and register the arrival of invoices
  • Send out invoices for certification and streamline the flow
  • Posting of invoices
  • Payment and accounting of supplier invoices/self-invoices
  • Account reconciliation before monthly accounts
  • Contact with suppliers and branches

Who we are looking for
For this position, we are looking for you with relevant education and a few years of experience in similar tasks. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English without major obstacles in both speech and writing.

As a person, we see that you are proactive, driven with a positive and non-prestigious attitude. Accuracy is important, as is a solution-oriented way of working for an efficient flow. A key to being successful in the role is to be communicative and collaborative as you have contact with several people internally and externally.

In the long term, there are very good development opportunities within the company if you are interested in working with accounting.

The position is full-time, starting from the head office in Agnesberg. We are looking for you who can start as soon as possible, but of course it is important that we find the right person for the position. You will start your employment as a consultant via SJR and after six months the ambition is for the employment to transfer to Skrotfrag.
